Guy who did it ghosted me and I needed help. David called me personally, came out himself and talked through the options with me. He described a more inexpensive fix and then a more involved fix. He suggested going with the more inexpensive fix for now in the interest of addressing the immediate problem vs. the cosmetic nature that the bigger fix would address. His fix solved my problem. I was impressed from start to finish and will call this company with any future needs I have, particularly if I need to do the more involved fix in the future. Top notch from start to finish.
